Ola Electric settles dispute with Rosmerta Group, NCLT petitions withdrawn

Ola Electric has successfully resolved all outstanding dues between its wholly owned subsidiary, Ola Electric Technologies Private Limited, and the Rosmerta Group.

Following the amicable settlement, the Rosmerta Group has filed a memo for the withdrawal of its petitions before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Bengaluru, the company said in a BSE filing.

With the matter now fully resolved, Ola Electric reaffirms its commitment to honoring its obligations and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
