PNB Housing Finance - Rights Issue

PNB Housing Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 28, 2023, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 29 : 54, i.e 29 Equity Shares for every 54 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is 275 per share.
