We wish to inform thst the Bank is in receipt of clarification from the promoters on the news item published today in Business Standard titled \Hindujas raise Rs. 8000 crores by pledging IndusInd stake\ and followed by certain other sections of the media.\r\n\r\nIn this regard, we forward herewith letter dated November 21, 2023 received from the promoter - IndusInd International Holdings Limited
