Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company has approved the allotment of 10,154 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 pursuant to vesting and exercise of Restricted Stock Units under Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021.
