As of March 2025, 53.60% is owned by Indian Promoters and 46.40% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Comfort Fincap company are Luharuka Commotrade Private Limited (211.16 lakhs shares / 26.45%), Luharuka Investment & Consultants Pvt Ltd (109.00 lakhs shares / 13.65%), Anil Agrawal Huf (58.20 lakhs shares / 7.29%) and Luharuka Sales & Services Private Limited (49.53 lakhs shares / 6.20%).
