Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that BSE Limited (\BSE\) and National Stock Exchange (\NSE\) have, vide their email/ letter date August 21, 2023 , imposed a fine of Rs. 47,000 (Rupees Forty Seven Thousand Only) each on the company under Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations for delay in appointment of Compliance Officer. \r\n
