This is to inform you that in view of resignation of Mr. Jaydeepbhai Manojbhai Prajapati, Independent Director of the Company w.e.f June 05, 2023 and Appointment of Mr. Ganesh Bhavarlal Prajapati as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years effective from June 05, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 05th June, 2023 have approved and reconstituted the Committees.
