Pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Virinchi Limited has informed that the Company has received approval from BSE Limited (\BSE\) vide their letter and email dated March 28, 2023 for reclassification of the six (6) persons from the 'Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category of shareholders of the Company.
