Voltas Ltd. - Closure Of Share Transfer Books For Annual General Meeting And Dividend

The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 7th August, 2018 to Monday, 27th August, 2018, both days inclusive, for the purpose of dividend and 64th Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th August, 2018.
