Benchmark equity indices Sensex and Nifty continued to trade higher on Monday tracking a rally in global markets and upbeat investors' sentiment following the Reserve Bank's jumbo rate cut of 50 basis points.
At 10:30 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 82574.48 up by 385.49 points or by 0.47 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25121.65 up by 118.6 points or by 0.47 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 82669 and intraday low of 82434.77 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25160.1 and intraday low of 25077.15
