Following a muted start, Indian benchmark equity indices witnessed a highly volatile session amid mixed global cues on Tuesday.
At 2:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81281.5 down by -894.95 points or by -1.09 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24737.55 down by -263.6 points or by -1.05 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 82410.52 and intraday low of 81121.7 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25062.9 and intraday low of 24704.1
