Indian benchmark equity indices BSE Sensex and Nifty50 opened with small gains on Thursday, amid mixed global cues.
At 9:35 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 80718.42 down by -28.36 points or by -0.04 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24392.3 down by -22.1 points or by -0.09 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 80927.99 and intraday low of 80657.3 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24447.25 and intraday low of 24381.95
The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Tata Motors Ltd. (Rs. 697.30,+2.47%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Rs. 2127.00,+1.51%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1174.20,+1.06%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1578.25,+1.00%), State Bank of India (Rs. 781.80,+0.73%), among others.
