Rane Brake Lining Lt - Board to consider Interim Dividend

With reference to the earlier letter dated December 08, 2016 regarding Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window, Rane Brake Lining Ltd has now informed BSE that the board of directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on January 20, 2017, inter-alia, proposes to consider interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2016-17 and to fix record date thereof.

The 'Trading Window' is closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company till January 22, 2017 or 48 hrs after conclusion of the board meeting, whichever is earlier.
