Den Networks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 23, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3).
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading framed pursuant to the Securities & Exchange of Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) from January 17, 2017 and shall remain closed up to January 25, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
