As of June 2025, 43.52% is owned by Promoters and 56.48% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 1.39% and Foreign Promoters holds 42.13%.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Securekloud Tech company are Suresh Venkatachari (140.75 lakhs shares / 42.13%) and R. S Ramani (4.65 lakhs shares / 1.39%).
