Institutional holds 13.18% (Insurance Companies 1.48%) and Non-Institutional holds 25.67% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Steel Strips Wheels company are Dheeraj Garg (464.02 lakhs shares / 29.52%), Sab Industries Limited (132.42 lakhs shares / 8.42%), Sab Udyog Limited (114.26 lakhs shares / 7.27%), Chandigarh Developers Private Ltd (60.48 lakhs shares / 3.85%) and Sunena Garg (56.00 lakhs shares / 3.56%).
