As of June 2025, 50.07% is owned by Indian Promoters and 49.93% by Public.

Institutional holds 39.10% (Insurance Companies 9.18%) and Non-Institutional holds 10.84% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Reliance Inds. company are Bodies Corporate (65334.93 lakhs shares / 49.22%), Srichakra Commercials LLP (14792.00 lakhs shares / 11.14%), Devarshi Commercials LLP (10911.39 lakhs shares / 8.22%), Karuna Commercials LLP (10911.39 lakhs shares / 8.22%) and Tattvam Enterprises LLP (10911.39 lakhs shares / 8.22%).
