As of June 2025, 54.25% is owned by Indian Promoters and 45.75% by Public.

Institutional holds 0.49% (Insurance Companies 0.45%) and Non-Institutional holds 45.25% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of GVK Power & Infrastr company are Vertex Projects Llp (7328.94 lakhs shares / 46.41%), Dr Gvk Reddy (681.09 lakhs shares / 4.31%) and Mr G V Sanjay Reddy (557.26 lakhs shares / 3.53%).
