As of June 2025, 74.80% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.20% by Public.

Institutional holds 20.13% (Insurance Companies 3.02%) and Non-Institutional holds 5.07% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Tega Industries company are Nihal Fiscal Services Private Limited (371.28 lakhs shares / 55.80%), Manish Mohanka (72.79 lakhs shares / 10.94%), Madan Mohan Mohanka (53.49 lakhs shares / 8.04%) and Mehul Mohanka (13315 shares / 0.02%).
