As of June 2025, 41.03% is owned by Indian Promoters and 58.97% by Public.

Institutional holds 7.48% (Insurance Companies 7.48%) and Non-Institutional holds 51.49% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Hind. Tin Works company are Sanjay Bhatia (9.49 lakhs shares / 9.13%), Saket Bhatia (6.68 lakhs shares / 6.43%), Ashok Kumar Bhatia (6.05 lakhs shares / 5.82%), Paras Bhatia (5.48 lakhs shares / 5.27%) and Parikshit Bhatia (3.47 lakhs shares / 3.34%).
