The Company has fixed Friday, 25-07-2025 as \Record Date\ for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members of the Company to receive final dividend of Rs. 6.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each, for the financial year ended on 31-03-2025.
