The Company has fixed Friday, July 18, 2025 as the \Record Date\ for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Final dividend for the FY 2024-25 and the final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on or before Friday, September 12, 2025
