Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange about Change in Compliance Officer- Mr. Kalyan Ghosh, Chief Legal Officer of the Company appointed as a Compliance Office and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect (i.e., July 08, 2025), in terms of Regulation 6 of the Listing Regulations.
