As of June 2025, 69.31% is owned by Indian Promoters and 30.69% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Supertech EV company are Yetender Sharma (52.76 lakhs shares / 42.69%), Jitender Kumar Sharma (26.18 lakhs shares / 21.18%) and Geetanjali Sharma (6.72 lakhs shares / 5.44%).
