As of June 2025, 73.53% is owned by Indian Promoters and 26.47% by Public.

Institutional holds 13.84% (Insurance Companies 0.07%) and Non-Institutional holds 12.62% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Influx Healthtech company are Munir Abdul Ganee Chandniwala (161.42 lakhs shares / 69.73%) and Shirin Munir Ahmed Chandniwala (8.81 lakhs shares / 3.80%).
