To approve Board's Report of the company for the financial year 2024-25 and other matters connected therewith.\r\n3. To consider and approve the appointment of Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.\r\n4. To consider and approve the appointment of Secretarial auditor for the F.Y. 2024-25.meeting
