Lloyds Enterprises Ltd has announced the acquisition of a 50% stake in Prakar Estates and Promoters LLP through an investment of Rs 140 crore, in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI’s updated disclosure norms issued on February 25, 2025.
The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 4, 2025. Post-acquisition, Lloyds Enterprises will hold a 50% partnership interest in the LLP.

The investment is part of Lloyds Enterprises’ strategy to explore new opportunities and for other general business purposes. The acquisition does not qualify as a related party transaction, and the promoter/promoter group has no interest in the LLP.
The acquisition, which involves a cash consideration, is expected to be completed before July 15, 2025, and does not require any regulatory approvals.
