To consider and approve the appointment of scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting.\r\n4. To consider and approve the appointment of Secretarial auditor for the F.Y.2025-26.\r\n5. To regularize the appointment of Mr. Jai Kumar Chandani (DIN: 11129389) as an independent director of the company.\r\n
