RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, has announced the appointment of Ashish Sikka as Senior Vice President and Business Head of its UNO platform. In this new role, Sikka will spearhead the global expansion, innovation, and adoption of UNO—RateGain’s AI-first suite designed to simplify, automate, and optimize hotel operations.

UNO integrates RateGain’s Channel Manager, Central Reservation System (CRS), Booking Engine, and VIVA—an AI-powered voice and agentic solution—into a unified platform that enhances decision-making, breaks operational silos, and drives superior outcomes for hotel teams. Within a short span, UNO has gained significant traction among hotels, resulting in improved bookings and more efficient distribution management.

Sikka brings over 17 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and leadership, having held key positions at Ecom Express, OYO, Propstack, and Kearney. His cross-regional exposure spans India, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
