Qualitek Labs - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 27th July 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the F.Y. 2023-24, including the Notice of 6th Annual General Meeting and other statutory documents. The delay in submission occurred due to inadvertent error and we sincerely regret the same.
