Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Ms. Alesha Khan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Company vide her resignation letter dated July 1, 2025, has communicated her resignation with effect from closing business hours of July 1, 2025, due to pre-occupancy in other assignments.\r\n\r\nIt is also further informed that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than the reason mentioned above.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the same on records.
