Master Trust Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Announcement under Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) reg, 2015 for adoption of new line of business by the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company i.e. Master Capital Services Limited '. for which it has successfully filed an application with SEBI for a Mutual Fund License, to act as a Sponsor of the Assets Management Company to be incorporated post SEBI approval and will launch Mutual Fund Scheme.
