In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 SEBI (LODR) Regulations , we hereby inform you that Trident Limited has received a Show Cause Notice dated June 30, 2025 from Office of the Principal Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax, Commissionerate, Ludhiana.
