Saregama India Ltd. - Grant Of Stock Options Under Saregama Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('NRC') has approved grant of 75,000 Options, to an eligible employee\r\nof the Company, exercisable into not more than 75,000 fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company under the Saregama Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013.
