Oriental Hotels - Letters To The Shareholders Whose E-Mail Addresses Are Not Registered With Company/RTA/Dps.

Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has sent a letter providing a web-link of the Annual Report 2024-25 to those members who have not registered their email addresses with the Company/ Depositories. A copy of the letter is enclosed for your record.
