Hubtown - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

The Company has considered and approved the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 in the nature of merger/amalgamation of 25 West Realty Private Limited a group company, which is being jointly controlled by persons forming part of the promoter and promoter group of Hubtown Limited with Hubtown Limited.
