R R Kabel Limited has informed the Exchange that the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 21 July 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The copy of the Annual Report containing the Notice of the AGM is enclosed.
