Happy Forgings has declared 150% Final dividend for the financial year March 2025

Happy Forgings Ltd. on Monday, 19 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 150 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 22 July 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 22 July 2025.

The last dividend is 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 July 2024)
