RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, a global provider of AI-driven SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, has appointed Sanchit Garg as Executive Vice President and General Manager – Rev-AI & Car. In this role, Sanchit will lead global strategy, operations, and growth for RateGain’s Rev-AI and Car verticals, working closely with regional leaders to drive innovation and high performance.
Sanchit brings a strong entrepreneurial background with extensive experience across e-commerce, sales, technology, and business strategy. Known for his ability to build and scale ventures, he combines a clear product vision with strong business acumen and P&L ownership. He has led both startups and scaling businesses, offering a collaborative leadership style and a passion for solving complex challenges.
Previously, Sanchit founded Rartogo, a Sequoia-backed cross-border platform for mid-market customers in the US and EMEA, growing it to $7 million in annual recurring revenue. At Lazada (an Alibaba Group company), he managed the $250 million smartphones category, working with major brands like Apple and Samsung. He also served as Global Head of Sales at Group ONE, driving revenue growth to $80 million ARR across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Sanchit began his career as a software engineer before joining McKinsey & Company, where he worked in both India and the US.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta, Sanchit has lived and worked across India, Singapore, and the US. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, music, cricket, and mixed martial arts, and values time spent with his family, including his two young children.
