Alkem Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that today i.e. on 23rd June, 2025, the sale and transfer of the Company s manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh stands completed in accordance with the conditions prescribed in the Business Transfer Agreement dated 06th January, 2025.
