Qualitek Labs - Corrigendum To The Notice Convening The Extraordinary General Meeting Scheduled On June 25, 2025 (Wednesday).

In reference to our earlier intimation dated on June 03, 2025, regarding the EGM of Qualitek Labs Limited scheduled for June 25, 2025, we wish to inform you that a Corrigendum to the Explanatory Statement forming part of the EGM Notice dated May 29, 2025, has been issued. The Corrigendum shall be read as an integral part of the Said EGM Notice, and the Notice shall read in conjunction with the Corrigendum from the date thereof.
