Under this collaboration, Air Montenegro will adopt AirGain, RateGain’s AI-powered airfare pricing intelligence platform, to enhance its competitive pricing capabilities and strengthen its position in European markets.
Founded in 2021, Air Montenegro has quickly expanded its network, connecting the country with major European destinations. As passenger demand grows across Europe and surrounding regions, the airline seeks to optimize its pricing strategies and improve operational efficiency. By leveraging AirGain, Air Montenegro’s revenue management and pricing teams will gain real-time access to high-quality fare intelligence, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
The AirGain platform offers detailed insights into competitor pricing across both direct airline websites and indirect channels such as OTAs and GDSs. With an intuitive dashboard, it allows airlines to track route-level trends, benchmark fare positions, identify anomalies, and respond proactively to market changes—ensuring better yield management and improved load factors.
