Godrej Properties Ltd, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the acquisition of an approximately 16-acre land parcel in Upper Kharadi, Pune.
The planned development will feature premium group housing along with high-street retail spaces. With a developable potential of around 2.5 million square feet, the project is expected to generate estimated revenue of ?3,100 crore*.
Strategically located in the growing Kharadi-Wagholi micro-market, the site offers excellent connectivity to major commercial zones and is near key IT hubs such as Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, and Hadapsar. The area is also well-supported by social infrastructure, including reputed schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and premium hotels—making it a desirable location for homebuyers.
