Gold Futures Slide Rs 532 to Rs 99,744 per 10g on Weak Demand

Gold prices dropped Rs 532 to Rs 99,744 per 10 grams on Monday in futures trading, pressured by subdued spot demand and weak global cues.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for August delivery declined 0.53% in value, with a business turnover of 16,754 lots. Analysts cited profit booking at higher levels and soft international trends as key factors behind the decline.
