In compliance with Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing copy of Annual Report for the Financial year 2024-25 along with the notice of 39t Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company to be held on Saturday, the 05th July, 2025 at 04.00 P.
