Omega Interactive Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for change in Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of Members of the Company and other requisite statutory approvals and any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors.
