Arkade Developers Limited, a well-known name in Mumbai’s real estate sector, has announced its strategic entry into the Thane market with the acquisition of a prime 6.28-acre freehold land parcel in Kasarvadavali, Thane West. The deal, valued at ?172.48 crore (including stamp duty), will pave the way for a landmark mixed-use development with a projected gross development value (GDV) of ?2,000 crore and a RERA saleable area of 9.26 lakh sq. ft. The project is scheduled to launch in early 2026. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) India served as the exclusive transaction advisor for the deal.
Situated off Ghodbunder Road, the upcoming development will offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences along with curated retail and commercial spaces. Residents will enjoy scenic views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park and excellent connectivity via Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway. The project's strategic location also benefits from the upcoming Metro Line 4 and the Thane-Borivali twin tunnel, which are expected to further enhance Thane’s appeal among homebuyers and investors.
