Vuenow Infratech - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Amendments to Memorandum & Articles of Association

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, 13 June 2025, at the Registered Office, have inter-alia considered and approved the Change of name of the Company from M/s. Vuenow Infratech Limited to M/s. Ikoma\r\nTechnologies Limited and consequential alteration in constitutional documents of the Company.
