Indian Hotels Co - Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR)

Pursuant to Regulations 34(2)(f) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2024-25 along with the Independent Practitioner's Reasonable Assurance Report provided by KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP, which forms part of the Integrated Annual Report FY 2024-25, submitted to the Exchanges vide letter dated June 13, 2025.
