Indian Hotels Co - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

The 124th (Hundred and Twenty-Fourth) AGM of the Company will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. \r\nPursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find attached herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company containing Notice of the AGM for FY 2024-25, which is being sent through electronic mode only to the members who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company / Register & Transfer Agent/ Depositories.
